Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting various departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Maintain and organize filing systems (both digital and physical)

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation

Support procurement processes and inventory management

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors or clients

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree/diploma in business administration is a plus)
