Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the organization and government agencies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
Handle all documentation and paperwork related to visa processing, labor contracts, permits, and other administrative tasks.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including handling logistics and coordinating with vendors.
Manage inquiries and correspondence with clients, partners, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, contracts, and project files.
Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in public relations, administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
Knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to visa processing and labor laws is a plus.
