Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Organize and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and assist in written communications.
Draft, edit, and distribute various documents, including reports, presentations, and memos.
Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
