Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and contribute to the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Provide financial insights to assist in decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
