Position: Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of financial data.
Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
Provide support for financial decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
