Description
• Handle Office reception, calls & guests. • Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming packages or correspondence like letters, fax, email, materials, couriers, etc and forward it to respective departments. Handle all delivery and collection of official documents and sample by courier, through driver etc. • Arrange for department & team travel, making hotel bookings, accommodations, land and air transportation bookings after taking approvals from Finance and HR Dept. • Monitor office & kitchen supplies & stock and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost effective orders. • Put up purchase request for all approved purchases and verify invoices for the raised purchases.
