Scheduled contractor sequence, set up inspection with proper agencies, and sold off work at the end of job. Ensured projects were built to design and meet quality specifications. Monitored safety during construction. Met milestones to project deadlines. Bought in hands from another job to ensure the completion of project. Presented qualifications and project proposal to clients, negotiated fees and executed contracts. Key responsibilities include scheduling, design, bill of materials, financials, permits, and coordination. Generate leads from old proposals Engage in ongoing communication with clients until project is completed. Consult with local municipalities regarding building codes.
