– Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering. – Preferable with at least 3 years working experience in a Service Advisory position in local dealership, Luxury vehicles (German and European brands). – Excellent written and spoken English and with computer literacy in MS Windows. – Wide knowledge in automotive system like Autoline, SAAB and Oracle system application. – Extensive experience in labor pricing – Extensive knowledge in warranty conditions. – Extensive experience cross-sales and up-sales targets.
