I am a civil engineer having post Graduation MBA in infrastructure construction management and bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with ample experience in construction , consultancy and team management.* Experienced in software as AutoCad,StaadproV8i, ETABS,SAP2000, MS Projects, MS Office etc.* Experienced in project management , site supervision, QS,Estimation, MEP ,HVAC works, documentation, inspection of sub-super structural constrains.* Able to work in a multi-discipline team including non-engineers.* Develop and maintain budgets and schedules, planning and execution of projects with safety environments.* Able to handle multiple projects from demarcation to TOC* Aware of pre-tendering and post-tendering process* Liaising with clients, consultants,subcontractors and other concern authorities.* Experienced in multi storied commercial , warehouse constructions and villa projects.* Holding an valid UAE driving license and member of society of engineers -dubai### (I am able to join immediately as holding an visiting visa)
