Production Optimizer ,Gas and Oil workers Required

Description

Duties: Collaborate with operations team to identify widespread issues, and to build a data-centric strategy to properly address them and optimize production, including wells on plunger lift, shut in cycles, coil tubing wells, free flow wells and chemical optimization programs.
Participate in well-by-well reviews to identify production losses and opportunities to improve well performance. Assist engineers and operators with gas well deliquification and system bottlenecking.
Run intervention decision tree to ensure proper fit for well. – Run well bore venting decision tree to ensure well bore vent is eliminated.
Data entry andor extraction into the following programs; DSS, EC, JSams, Yokogawa, Open Wells, Reflections, Gas Measurement and PI
Develop descriptive analytics to effectively find trends from operational data to build business value.
Systematically improve business value through descriptive and diagnostic analytics performed on operations data (cost, safety, and production).
Utilize work order and planningscheduling processes as cost management tools
Ensure efficient use of consumables; i.e., chemicals – Utilize automation, choke model and engineering as key tools and resources
Must be willing to travel to the field approximately 25 percent of the time to meet with key partners to understand common issues and to build relationships.
Essential Experience and Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in oil and gas industry within operations, mechanical, electrical, construction and/or technical maintenance.
Working knowledge of production equipment, such as separators, dehys, wellheads, line heaters, plunger operations, shut in cycles, intermeters, etc.
Desirable Criteria and Qualifications

Proven experience using statistical analysis to solve problems.
Empathetic and asset-focused when crafting visualization tools: Effective listener who develops visualizations that are intuitive, generate clear business value, and improve end user experience.
Ability to communicate concisely and accurately across an entire organization, from data scientists to field personnel.
