Description

Monitor drawing / material / work conformances with provisions as per specification authorities’ regulations. • Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Manager, for any immediate action. • Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the implementation of the Clients comments in timely manner. • Coordinate withsub-contractors and Engineers to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work. • At project close out co-ordinate the production of as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per the contract requirements in terms of quality and time. • Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements. • Making coordination with other facilities (electrical, plumbing and mechanical).To prepare the shop drawings and get the approval from consultant. • Quality checking of all MEP services. • Prepare the material submittals and get approval from consultant. • Prepare reports and updates to Manager about status of the project, including mechanical and electrical issues with Sub-Contractors. • Provide leadership, organisational support skills and promote teamwork to achieve the target. • Review of method statement with respect to execution of works. • Close monitoring of the Sub-Contractor’s construction, testing and commissioning activities. • Checking the delivered materials and equipment. • Regular site visits to ensure the execution of work at site as per the approved shop drawings and within the agreed project program.
