Description

Civil engineering professional with 3 years of experience in Project Execution and Quantity survey of High rise buildings and Residential buildings. Proficient in Quantity takeoff, Determination of materials and services as per requirements, project planning, defining technical specifications, Billing of subcontractors, project estimates, BOQ of materials and deploying manpower, machines and materials to facilitate project delivery. Possess knowledge of Scheduling, Structural Designing, Static analysis, Concrete Technology, conducting design calculations. Accountable for the estimation of joinery items such as Wooden doors(FR/NFR), Wardrobes, Kitchen Cabinet, Vanity Counter, Wooden Cladding, Pergolas and Upholstery items, etc. using standard methods of calculations, consider aspects of time, manpower, materials and processes and arrives at volume of work in order to make accurate cost and competitive price for the Job/Tender. In-depth knowledge of Quantity Takeoff, Tendering, MS Office, Procurement, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, and Primavera P6.
