Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Ensure that all areas, including dining rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and storage spaces, are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to restaurant protocols.

Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant and kitchen areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

Train, develop, and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Create work schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor housekeeping operations.

Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Ensure that all cleaning materials are stored properly and in compliance with safety regulations.

Respond to any special cleaning requests from management or customers promptly and efficiently.

Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning management, preferably in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Attention to detail with a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Ability to train and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.

Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
