Job Summary:
The Cabin Crew is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling in-flight emergencies, and adhering to airline safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome passengers on board and assist with seating arrangements.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
Ensure passengers follow safety regulations, including seatbelt and emergency exit guidelines.
Serve meals, beverages, and assist passengers with special dietary needs.
Handle passenger inquiries and provide assistance during the flight.
Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents and evacuations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin.
Communicate effectively with pilots and ground staff for smooth operations.
Uphold the airline’s image by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus).
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and handle emergencies professionally.
Physically fit and able to meet height and weight requirements.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
