Position: Call Center Associate

About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associates to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy problem-solving, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information.
Assist customers with product or service-related issues.
Process orders, returns, and account updates.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in customer service is a plus).
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
