Site Supervisor

Description

We are looking Site Supervisor oversees on-site operations, ensuring that construction or project work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans. They coordinate workers, monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and liaise between management and workers to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Operations Management
. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
. Ensure work is executed as per project plans, schedules, and
safety guidelines.
. Monitor work quality and compliance with specifications and
industry standards.

2. Workforce Supervision
. Assign tasks and oversee workers, subcontractors, and
vendors.
. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members.
. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications & Skills:
. Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role.
. Strong leadership and team management skills.
. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and safety
regulations.
. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical
drawings.
. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

. Education & Experience Requirements:
. High school diploma or equivalent (required).
. Diploma or certification in construction management, civil .
. engineering, or a related field (preferred).
. Occupational Health and Safety certification (e.g., OSHA,
NEBOSH) is a plus.
