About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and enjoys managing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
Assist in office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
