Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
Process payments and provide change or receipts as necessary.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
