Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales and achieve targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients.
Track and manage sales leads, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and support before, during, and after the sale to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management regarding sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar sales role (2+ years preferred).
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends in the UAE is an advantage.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
