Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to provide support in daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will assist staff and maintain a welcoming and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Keep office areas clean and organized.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
