Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure
