Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Prepare and maintain files, reports, and correspondence.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
Assist with project coordination and internal communications.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associateā€™s degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
