Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing emails.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain office security protocols.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
