Mycon Marketing Management is hiring for their Retail Banking division

1) COMPLIANCE MANAGER –

* Minimum 7 to 8 years of proven experience as a Compliance Supervisor or Compliance Manager.
* Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations.
* Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Hands on experience of creating standard operating processes for compliance manuals and drive compliance through field visits and audits.
* Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a similar discipline.

2) COMPLIANCE OFFICER –

* Minimum 3 to 4 years of related experience.
* Knowledge of banking regulations and laws.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.
* Ability to create and maintain detailed report.
