Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to help customers find products that meet their needs, while driving sales and achieving store goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
Provide detailed information about products and promotions.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current sales.
Contribute to store cleanliness and general upkeep.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
