Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and processing orders
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, and payments

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Follow up with clients for feedback and support to maintain long-term relationships
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and promotional activities

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and support the sales team in daily operations
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
