Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the face of our company at Dubai Airport. The ideal candidate will handle all reception duties efficiently and ensure that our visitors and clients receive top-notch service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff warmly and professionally.
Manage the front desk, answer and direct phone calls, and handle email inquiries.
Assist visitors by providing accurate information and directions within the airport complex.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Assist in maintaining security by following protocols for visitor sign-in and issuing visitor badges.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to the office staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience working in an airport environment is a plus.
