Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
Handle payments and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Clear tables and clean dining areas, resetting them for the next guests.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
Assist with opening and closing duties, such as cleaning and organizing the restaurant.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and report any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.
