Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. As a Cleaning Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our employees, customers, and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:

– Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, surfaces, and fixtures
– Restock supplies and paper products
– Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners
– Identify and report maintenance needs or issues
– Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
– Maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive areas
– Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when handling chemicals

Minimum Experience:

– 1-2 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services
– High school diploma or equivalent required

Offered Salary:

– 2500AED-3000AED per month, depending on experience
– Benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and holidays,also providing company visa

Skills:

– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
– Basic communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals

– Background check and drug screening required
– Ability to provide references upon request
