Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
– Manage and maintain files, both physical and digital
– Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and scheduling appointments
– Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals
Requirements:
– 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a related role
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Offered Salary:
– 3000-3500 per month, depending on experience
