Job Title: Waiter

Job Description:

OUR Company is looking for friendly and attentive Waiters to join our team. As a Waiter, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need.
Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied and address any issues promptly.
Clear and clean tables after guests leave, and prepare tables for the next guests.
Assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as required.
Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
