Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, cranes, loaders, and other construction equipment.
Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery to avoid accidents and injuries.
Load and unload materials, transport them to specified locations, and ensure proper placement according to project requirements.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking fluid levels, lubricating parts, and cleaning.
Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment as needed for various construction projects.
Interpret and follow work orders, plans, and diagrams to complete tasks accurately.
Communicate with supervisors and other team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations on the job site.
Adhere to project deadlines and work efficiently to complete tasks on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is stored properly at the end of each shift.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating various types of heavy machinery and construction equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid operator’s license or certification for operating heavy machinery is required.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
