Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

* Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Resolve customer issues by clarifying their concerns, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate and up-to-date information.

* Requirements:

Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
