Job Opportunity: Barista

Are you passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer service? Join our team in Dubai as a Barista and help create a welcoming atmosphere while serving delicious beverages!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty beverages.
Operate coffee machines and other equipment to ensure high-quality beverage preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas.
Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and handle transactions accurately.
Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared according to company standards and customer preferences.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and restock as needed.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Follow health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in barista training is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
