Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and presentation standards.
Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Educate customers on the different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or required supplies.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring food handling and sanitation standards are met.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the café for the next day.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a café or coffee shop is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional barista training or certification is a plus.
