Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Asian Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine and the ability to create authentic, delicious dishes that delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Develop and test new recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create and update menus.
Handle customer inquiries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Asian Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
In-depth knowledge of various Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Korean.
Strong culinary skills and creativity in food preparation and presentation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
