Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell airline tickets and services.
Provide detailed information on flight schedules, pricing, and promotions.
Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers with booking flights and other services.
Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, seat selection, and baggage allowances.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to handle high volumes of calls and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
