Key Responsibilities:
Provide a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and hair removal.
Perform hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Apply makeup for special events and daily wear.
Offer skin care treatments and advice on skincare routines.
Perform body treatments, including massages, scrubs, and wraps.
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized and in good working condition.
Manage client appointments and provide consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
Recommend and sell beauty products to clients.
Provide aftercare advice and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role.
Certification or aesthetics, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and treatments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse clients and understand their needs.
Good time management and organizational skills.
