Position: Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documents and inventory reports.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage and negotiate contracts with carriers and suppliers.
Assist in budgeting and cost management for logistics operations.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other relevant software).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
