Description

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
Meet performance targets and call handling quotas.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
Stay updated on product and service information to provide accurate assistance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar customer service role.
Fluency in both English and Tagalog is essential.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
