Packing and Distribution Co-ordinator

Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the packing and distribution of products according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of items for shipment.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to prioritize orders and optimize distribution routes.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.
Coordinate with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to packing, shipping, or delivery.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the packing and distribution process.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in packing, distribution, or logistics coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling items.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures is an advantage.
