Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule property viewings, inspections, and appointments for real estate agents.
Prepare and distribute property listings, marketing materials, and promotional documents.
Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions using real estate management software.
Assist with the preparation and processing of leasing agreements, sales contracts, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions and address any inquiries or concerns.
Respond to inquiries from clients, prospects, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Assist with property research, market analysis, and comparative market studies to support pricing decisions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for real estate agents and management as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office organization, to ensure efficient operations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate administration.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate administration, property management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
