Description
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders online, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Listen attentively to customers’ feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software.
Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
