Salon Manager

Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and manage the salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer issues promptly.
Train and mentor salon staff on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for salon supplies, products, and equipment.
Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and processing payments.
Stay updated with industry trends and new products/services to enhance the salon’s offerings.
Ensure compliance with salon policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive salon experience.
Knowledge of salon operations, including hairstyling, skincare, and beauty treatments.
Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
