Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate sales.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients through various sales techniques.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions and address concerns.
Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to close sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share market insights.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale process.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
