Responsibilities:

Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate market conditions and regulations.
Maintain a database of properties, clients, and leads using CRM software.
Facilitate property inspections, appraisals, and legal transactions.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation related to property transactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in real estate sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
