Architect/Interior Designer

Description

Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and ideas for architectural and interior projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for interior spaces.
Create 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is carried out during construction.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project deadlines.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design.

Requirements:

Proven experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Strong design sensibility and creativity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
