Our restaurant in Dubai is looking for skilled and customer-oriented waitresses to join our team. As a waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after guest seating.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
