Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website copy, to attract and engage target audiences and drive conversions.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking, to build and nurture relationships with followers and enhance brand presence.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and remarketing campaigns, using data-driven insights and targeting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI, using analytics tools to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, attending conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills and expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes, track customer journeys, and deliver personalized experiences across digital touchpoints.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling for diverse audiences across digital channels.
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies in the ever-evolving field of digital marketing.
