Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
Represent the team and company in negotiations with clients, other agents, and third parties.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a successful real estate agent, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Previous leadership or management experience in a real estate environment.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of real estate professionals.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Current real estate license in Dubai.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
